Track B · Local Media

Two products. One thesis:
local journalism still wins on trust.

We work with two kinds of local media: independent multilingual newsrooms who need editorial workflow infrastructure, and local professionals who want their own branded media without becoming media operators.

Track ANewsrooms
Multilingual newspapers from the Rallity printing network — Epoch Times English-language and 大紀元時報 Chinese-language editions, plus 看中國 Vision Times — on the same press week.
Multilingual editions on the same press week — English and Chinese.Network sample · Epoch Press

Editorial collaboration, built for multilingual community newsrooms.

Most ethnic-language newsrooms still run their editorial workflow on email plus folders plus phone calls. Translation lives in the translator’s inbox. Proofs are PDFs in a chain of replies. Our PrePress Portal replaces that whole stack.

What the Portal does

  • Email-in submissions. Reporters email articles and assets to your project address. Files land structured, threaded, and tagged.
  • Translation queue. Originals and translations live side-by-side. Glossaries enforce terminology consistency across writers.
  • Proof rounds. Locked proofs with annotation. Approval audit trail per page, per editor.
  • Press handoff. Approved proofs flow directly to the production floor — ours, or a third-party plant via standard PDF/X.

Languages supported

  • · English
  • · Traditional Chinese
  • · Simplified Chinese
  • · Spanish
  • · Punjabi
  • · Vietnamese
  • · Korean
  • · Tagalog

We plan 4–6 weeks to add a new language to the Portal, including glossary build-out and translation pipeline tuning.

Case study placeholder

A Vancouver-based community newspaper publisher migrated from a Kodak prepress stack to our Portal in 2026. Production cycle time and editorial overhead dropped materially. We’ll publish the full case study once they sign off on attribution.

Your branded media, in your voice — without becoming a media operator.

How the voice works

You record a one-hour voice sample once. Our voice cloning produces your daily podcast in your own voice — same intonation, same pacing, same warmth. You retain final review on every episode for the first thirty days. After that, most clients move to spot-check review only.

You own your voice clone. We never use it for any other client. Termination clauses spell out the destruction process.

What makes it different

  • Local news, not generic. Your podcast covers stories from your community, not national headlines.
  • Your subscribers, your list. You own the email list, the show feed, the audience.
  • Multi-language ready. Run an English show and a Chinese show on the same content engine.
  • Cancel anytime. Month-to-month. We earn the renewal monthly.

§ 03Why both tracks share one engine

Newsrooms create the local stories. Local pros distribute them.

Track A and Track B run on the same content infrastructure. Newsrooms get a healthy ecosystem of professional distributors. SMBs get higher-quality local journalism than they could ever produce alone. Both pay for parts of the same flywheel.
